Our activity and the purpose for which we collect and process data
Our activity as HR Consultancy firm is focused on:

For this reason, we collect and process data making sure that AIMS International Spain follows the following principles in order to protect your privacy:
- We do not collect more information than is necessary;
- We do not use your data for purposes other than those specified;
- We do not keep your data if it is no longer needed.
- We only provide your data to select third party clients for the specific purposes listed before.
- You do not give out personal information by visiting our website.
- We only keep track of anonymous traffic data.
With this ethical base and moral principles we approach our clients and candidates to our data infrastructure and its protection.
A. RECIPIENTS AND PROCESSORS OF PERSONAL DATA:
Our personal data storage method is strictly confidential. Only those members of personnel whose duties require the processing of customer data are able to access the system containing customer and personal data. Users access the system with a personal username and password.
AIMS International Spain stores data processed by employees of the company who participate in recruitment and consulting services for clients of the data controller and are bound by a confidentiality agreement. In the course of a commission relationship with our client, we may disclose personal data to our client with the consent of the data subject in the scope required for the provision of recruitment or consulting services.
B. PURPOSE AND BASIS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA:
Our purpose for processing personal data is to enable the provision of recruitment and consulting services for clients.
The primary purposes of use of the data are:
- the provision of recruitment and consulting services, by which we assist our corporate clients to find suitable candidates for open positions and develop business operations.
- the assisting of employees to find work suitable for their profile.
- the fulfilment of contractual obligations, compliance with legal obligations and requirements, customer and stakeholder communications.
- the development of business operations.
- the targeting of our services.
C. DATA CATEGORIES AND THE STORAGE OF DATA:
We mainly collect information that is required in recruitment and consulting from the data subjects themselves by means of questionnaire forms. The collected data typically consists of the following categories:
- Personal and contact information, such as name, address, email, and phone number.
- Information used to assess competence and aptitude (e.g. work experience and educational background, language skills and other competences).
- Data produced during the recruitment process, such as email and text messages, and stored files, such as candidate evaluation reports and test results.
Never do we store personal data for longer than is necessary on regards of their purpose of use.
We collect personal data mainly from data subjects themselves, in connection with the use of our services or when we receive an unprompted résumé from a person. In addition, we may collect information from publicly available data sources. We may collect personal data from references, but never without the consent of the data subject.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND TRACKING
When you visit a website:
You can visit our website without giving away your personal information. AIMS International Spain uses Google Analytics and Cookies in order to improve our service, user experience and analyse how the website is used. Aside from the approximate location (IP address), the information collected by Google Analytics is mostly anonymous traffic data including browser information, device information, language.
The collected information is used to provide an overview of how people are accessing and using the AIMS International Spain website. It is not used for any additional purpose, such as to profile those who access our website.
When you submit a CV to us:
You can submit your CV directly or via our website.
In any case when you submit a CV to us we collect the personal data you give us to be used for the following purposes and collated with additional data obtained from publicly available data, data from interactions with you and with related third parties.
2. WHEN YOU CONTACT US
While you can use our website without giving out your personal information, once you contact us via the AIMS International Spain website, AIMS International Spain collects information about you. The information you fill in (personal information such as your name, email address, organisation) will be processed and stored so that it is possible for us to contact and respond to your request, and/or allow you access to our services.
Recruitment
If you apply for a job with AIMS International Spain, we will collect, process and store the information you have sent us for recruitment-related purposes, such as contacting you. Additionally, AIMS International Spain may keep your data for a period of time for the purpose of considering you for a different opportunity.
3. INFORMATION SECURITY
AIMS International Spain seeks to ensure the security of personal data. When AIMS International Spain collects information about you, we also make sure that your information is protected from unauthorized access, loss, manipulation, falsification, destruction or unauthorized disclosure. This is done through appropriate technical and organisational measures.
4. ACCESS TO INFORMATION, CORRECTION & DELETION
You have the right to request access to the information we have on you. You can do this by contacting us at welcome@aims-spain.com. We will make sure to provide you with a copy of the data we process about you. In order to comply with your request, we may ask you to verify your identity. We will fulfil your request by sending your copy electronically, unless the request expressly specifies a different method.
If you believe that the information we have about you is incorrect, you are welcome to contact us so we can update it and keep your data accurate. Any data that is no longer needed for the purposes specified in Information Collection and Use will be deleted. If at any point you wish for AIMS International Spain to delete information about you, you can simply contact us.
5. WHEN THIS PRIVACY POLICY APPLIES
This Privacy Policy is applicable to the services offered by AIMS International directly via our website. Our website contains links to other websites. Once redirected to another website, this Policy is no longer applicable.
6. CHANGES
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy. We constantly review our Privacy Policy and strive towards making it better. AIMS International will not reduce your rights stated in this Policy without asking for explicit prior consent to the changes.
7. SUMMARY
In accordance with applicable law, we only collect a limited amount of information about you that is necessary for improving our service. We do not use profiling, we do not sell or in any other way spread your data to third parties, we do not use your data for purposes other than what we specified. We also make sure that your data is stored securely. We delete all information deemed no longer necessary. We constantly review our Privacy Policy in order to make it better and protect you more.

- Correct any information that AIMS International has about you
- Delete information that AIMS International has about you
